Who we are

Motion AI, operated by Ariel. For anything related to this policy or your data, write to contact@motion-ai.dev.

What we collect

Through the contact form:

• first name and last name
• email address
• phone number (optional)
• the message you write

Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The form is for business enquiries. Please do not send sensitive personal information through it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not use your details for marketing lists, we do not sell them, and we do not share them for advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on service providers to run the site and handle your message:

• Web3Forms: receives what you submit in the form and forwards it to us by email. It keeps a copy of submissions in our account on its service, which we have set to delete automatically after 12 months.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website, manages its domain name and forwards email sent to our address.
• Google: provides the mailbox where we receive messages.
• Resend: delivers the emails we send when we reply to you.

Some of these providers operate outside Israel, for example in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from the site itself. We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in search results; it does not add cookies or trackers to this website.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the form are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted: the copy held by the form service is deleted automatically, and we delete the copies in our own mailbox. If we start working together, we keep the records needed for the engagement and for legal obligations such as invoicing.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to contact@motion-ai.dev and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
